Knoxville Gathering News
More opportunities to gather are coming to Knoxville. We will still meet on Saturdays, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., but now we will meet monthly, starting in May! We also have a new location for Knoxville. We will gather at Christus Victor Lutheran Church, at 4110 Central Avenue Pike. Use Google Maps for directions.
Upcoming Event: Pre-Mother’s Day Fellowship
All moms and their friends and family are invited to the home of Karen and Dana Archer on May 9, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., for fellowship, music, and dessert to comfort our broken hearts as Mother’s Day approaches. All moms are welcome to bring poems, music, or other items to share. Please bring lawn chairs for seating.
Heels and Wheels: A Resounding Success!
Moms and supporters gathered at Johnson University campus on April 18 to participate in the Fun Walk or 5K event of the 2015 Wells Fargo Heels and Wheels. The weather cooperated, and music, hamburgers, bratwurst, and fixings awaited the participants after the event. We far exceeded our goal of more than 20 registrants! We are so thankful for all the donations, which will help our outreach and program efforts! Check out the complete album of photos on our website!
